By accepting the Privacy Policy and the User Agreement in registration, you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the terms of the CardDrifter User Agreement. 1. A Special Note About Children.
Children (persons under the age of 18) are not eligible to use the site unsupervised and we ask that children do not submit any personal information to us. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use this site in conjunction with and under the supervision of your parents or guardians.
2. Information We Collect.
Our purpose for collecting your personal information is to constantly update and morph our services to better fit your need. By choosing not o use this site, or a particular feature of this site, you can opt to not supply us your information.
Under some circumstances we may require some additional financial information, such as, but not limited to: if you are registering using an email account at a free email service, or registering to trade on the Site. Your financial information, including your credit card, are used to verify your name, address, and other bits of information that are required to trade on this website.

We use this information to do internal research on our users' demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand, protect and serve you and our community. This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on the Site or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on the Site or not), your computer browser information, and your IP address.

If you personally correspond with us, or another user or third party corresponds with us about your behavior, we may create a separate file for you with your specific information.
3. Our Use of Your Information.

CardDrifter Community Your User ID is a specific number to your account, which is always visible to any other person who is browsing this site. Therefore, any other person will be allowed to view your current offers, your listed items, your feedback reviews, and so on. Therefore, if you associate your name into your Use ID, other users may be able to identify who you are and your CardDrifter activities will be personally identified. Although we do our best to thwart robots which attempt to collect your personal information, some people may illegally be able to collect your email address etc. Section 8 describes how to change your information. There are features included on this website that allow other users to view all your site activities, such as the viewing of all your feedback reviews, or all your listed items. In addition, if you are involved in a transaction that is verified and accepted by both users, your personal information, which includes your email address and your shipping information will be supplied to that other user, in order you’re the transaction to complete. Your financial and credit card information, however, will not be exchanged. If you are involved in any suspicious activity or policy violations, we reserve the right to send out a notice about your usage to the community.
External Service Providers There may be several references on this site to third parties that wish to collect your personal information. (e.g. listing agents, escrow, authentication, mediation, shipping, packaging). If you choose these separate services, and you provide them with your personal information, then the usage of your information by them is governed by their privacy policy. Legal Requests CardDrifter cooperates with any form of law enforcement and all other third parties to enforce laws, which may include: fraud, intellectual property rights, and other rights to help protect you from users not abiding by the Terms of Service. Therefore, if an authorized government authority requests information that relates to you, or is your personal information as part of a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity, we take full right and you agree to let us disclose your name, city, state, telephone number, email address, user history, fraud complaints, and usage history to that person or organization without subpoena. Without limiting the above, in order to best protect you personal privacy and to keep the CardDrifter community free of violators of our Terms of Service and the law, we will not otherwise disclose your personal information to any law enforcement or government official without subpoena, except when we believe in good faith that the disclosure of your information is important in proventing illegal procedure, immense financial loss, or physical harm.
Because of the existing regulatory environment, we cannot assure that all your personal information and communications will never be disclosed by means that are not mentioned in this Privacy Policy. Without limited to these, we may be forced to disclose information to the government of third parties under conditions where third parties may intercept without permission your private communications and other information. 5. Your Use of Other Users' Information
In order to facilitate interaction among all CardDrifter community members, our site allows you limited access other users' contact and shipping information. As a seller you have access to the User ID, email address and other contact and shipping information of the other user in your completed transactions. In addition, as a participant in the transaction, you will have access to their information, which is limited to the above mentioned.
By accepting our User Agreement (A.K.A. Terms of Service) you agree that you will completely respect the private information of those whom you trade with through this site (CardDrifter.com) and CardDrifter hereby gives you the right to use his or hers information for: (a) CardDrifter related communication that does not contain commercial content of any kind, (b) services that are offered through CardDrifter such as fraud or scam complaints, and (c) any other purpose that is explicitly agreed to by that user. In any case, you must give that user the choice to remove themselves from your personal database and review any of the information that you have collected about them. You agree that under no circumstances will you disclose any of his or her personal information to any third party without our consent and that user’s consent. You agree that other users can use your information to communicate with you in accordance to this section and this policy.
CardDrifter does not tolerate spam, and so you are forbidden by this policy to add any user to your personal or commercial mailing list, electronically or physically. To report a user taking part in this practice, please email us at reports@carddrifter.com.
6. Use of Email Tools.
You may not use any service or tool on this site that incorporates the emailing of CardDrifter specific information to users for spamming. In addition, CardDrifter will not disclose any of your personal information to third parties for spamming or profitable purposes.
7. Control of Your Password.
You are responsible for any action taken with your User ID and password, which may include fees charged to your account. Therefore, we suggest that you do not give out your User ID or password to any third party. If you do disclose your information to a third party, you are responsible for any actions that are taken with your account and therefore should always review third party privacy policies. We do not take any responsibility for stolen passwords and you take all responsibility for any actions taken with your account even if you believe the actions were taken by another person or third party. If your password becomes compromised for any reason, you should change it as quick as possible as detailed in section 8.
8. Accessing, Reviewing and Changing Your Personal Information.
We provide the opportunity for you the automatically review and change information you submit to us, by logging onto the site and entering new information for yourself on your “My Profile” page. Any information you submitted at any point will be available to change. If your personal information changes at any point due to a move or a change of phone service, you must change your information on this site as quickly as possible so that it is most accurate.
On your request, we will delete your account from our active databases, along with any contact information, billing information, shipping information, and financial information. To request your account be deleted, email us at the respective email address on the “Contact Information” page.
We will, however, retain some personal information in our files in order to prevent fraud, collect any fees that you still owe, troubleshoot problems, enforce our User Agreement, resolve disputes, and comply with the legal requirements of the law. Therefore, do not expect that every bit of your personal information will be removed. ALL information WILL be removed from public databases.
9. Other Information Collectors.
Unless otherwise noted in this document, this policy only extends to information that this site collects from you. Any information that you provide to third parties is under compliance of that parties own separate privacy policy and not this document. Therefore, we suggest you read over their privacy policies before signing up to ensure safety, and ew recommend that you ask as many questions as possible to be as safe as possible.

Your information is stored on secure CardDrifter servers in the United States. We take a variety of measures to ensure that your information is kept secret and private, and have employed firewalls and scripts to keep others from illegally accessing and using your personal information. However, there is no such thing as perfect security on the internet, and because of this, there is no way that we can promise your information will be completely safe from criminals.
11. Notice.
We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. If we should choose to make changes in our privacy policy, a notice will be posted on the site informing all users and the changes will then take effect 30 days after they are posted.
